Santa Slaw

Standard

This evening, I made a new salad! I’m house sitting a friends two dogs, so I’m not home taking pictures with my own camera. Therefore I apologize for the lack of quality that my elderly Iphone 3G takes, but I promise you that this salad is not only vibrant and stunning, but also extremely delicious!

Here are the ingredients for making “Santa Slaw”…”You ain’t livin’…you ain’t givin’ till you’ve had Santa Slaw!”

1/2 Red Cabbage

4 medium carrots

2 large green onions (use both the white & green part…it’s Christmas after all!)

10 radishes

1 cup – 1 1/2 cup of walnuts chopped

3-4 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

2-3 Tbsp Sesame oil

Directions:

Chop cabbage, carrots, green onion, radishes into small pieces. Mix. Then add chopped walnuts. Add Red Wine Vinegar & Sesame oil and toss it all together.

Voila! Your unforgettable Santa Slaw is ready! Bon Appetit!
