Quick & Healthy Breakfast

Yesterday I didn’t have time to make up my usual Organic Steel Cut Oats from Trader Joe’s, which takes about 35 minutes plus cool down time. When I make up a batch (1 cup) I have enough to last me five days. I usually make it on Sunday, but I’d gotten off schedule a week or so before that, so yesterday I only had time to make up Trader Joe’s Organic Tricolor quinoa, which by the way is gluten free

Because I was in a hurry, I added frozen organic fruits to the hot quinoa (they thaw in no time) and added a cut up banana as well. Overall a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast that takes about 12 minutes to make!
