Plant Based Diet Solutions

Personally I don’t like wasting or throwing away good food…especially my fruits & veggies, so when I know I have bought too many I simply juice them! I even save the stems from my kale, after I have torn off the leaves for salads or wraps, and throw them in with the rest of the stuff that I’m juicing.

Drink your fresh juice in style!

Here’s what I am having today: 10 carrots, a small bunch of kale + stems, 2 beets and all the leaves included, 1 apple, 2 small lemons (w.o. the seeds & skin), a thumb size ginger piece, & half a bunch of celery. This one has a bit of a kick to it provided by the ginger & the lemons.

Cheers from here!
