My shopping list!
Last weekend I attended a raw-food cooking class and got to share my feelings about being on a plant-strong diet. Two other women in the group were also on a plant-based diet, which made me really happy to hear because they shared the same enthusiasm. There were quite a few meat-eaters in the group. One of them expressed the desire to try out a plant-based diet, but said, “I’m single and don’t know how to shop for just one person. I need someone to show me how!” She went into talking about how much food she normally has left over and expressed concern about food going bad or wasting it. Therefore, as a single woman, I thought I’d share what’s typically on my weekly shopping list, as well as staple foods that I always have on hand.
